Gerda focuses on quality rather than quantity. Her main aim is to achieve excellence, respect, and integrity in all aspects of individual’s learning journey and to reflect the highest ethical standards in her relationships with all stakeholders. She has an MBA and has spent many years in the industry and has a special passion for RPL. She is a member of the South African Board of Personnel Practice (SABPP).
